When I was pregnant, I was a H.S. teacher...and I, too, was surprised at how the girls (and some of the boys) wanted to touch then bump and talk to the baby!
I am so sorry about the other situation. I love how you reminded yourself of God's sovereignty, though. It is true. I have watched the same thing happen, though, and it is heartbreaking for those little babies.
Prahing for you this week!Heatherhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03274828412033940675noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30554412.post-32719680313630795192008-10-05T10:17:00.000-05:002008-10-05T10:17:00.000-05:00Look at how cute you are in your cute outfit. It shows how Godly of a woman you are!

And how cute is your little bump? I'll admit - I'm one that immediately runs up & touches a belly! When I look a...Oh I know that must be hard for you. When I look at Tate and how sweet he is and how intelligent and well behaved and loving, I know it comes from being surrounded by people who love him so much and are so patient and I see little ones all the time whose moms yell and scream and cuss and its no telling how things are at home for them- then their parents say things like "I just got a bad child". They don't realize how they're molding that precious child. And you won't believe the heartache you feel for these children when you have one of your own at home and just think, thank God he wasn't born into that situation, but WHY was that baby born into it?? I hard to understand, but I just know how blessed I am to have Tate and how blessed he is to have the loving family he does!

I am 20.5 weeks and am still sick!!! I can't BELIEVE you are hungry all the time. I have to force myself to eat- just to throw it all up most of the time!! But I think that the getting sick is actually coming from congestion this late in the pregnancy. I am had terrible congestion and constant nagging headaches for a couple months now. I have read that these are symptoms of pregnancy. So I think that congestion stuff goes down my throat and makes me sick. It's so funny how each pregnancy is different. I had NONE of the typical pregnancy symptoms the first time and now I have them all!! I guess this little girl is going to be way different than her big brother!!Rebeccahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16081288067543389251noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30554412.post-22516558291783208892008-10-03T12:11:00.000-05:002008-10-03T12:11:00.000-05:00steph,the feelings you have now about feeling sad ...steph,

the feelings you have now about feeling sad for this baby being born into "anothr kind" of world are about to be ampliphied times a million for you. Man is it sad to see others not love there kids as hard as we do.......but you will start to notice and feel things very differently then one without kids does....I think thats a huge part of Gods special gift of being a mother....u will be able to minister to others in a much different way then before....the littlest things upset me all the time...I see it daily in abbys class...just down to the little comforts of having clothes that fit...and way up to the big things of feeling loved and cherished....the good news is..."He" has the whole world in his hands....and people that come out of bad(in our eyes) situations can go on to do great things....let me introduce you to MY mother :)all up in each others biznesshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09440181617161294493noreply@blogger.com
